All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Items marked as pre-order require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated shipping windows are communicated on the relevant product page and may vary depending on production volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order size.
UNFAMILIAR is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by local authorities outside The Netherlands.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.
